Andrey Krisanov

(born 1966) is an artist, musician and actor, who lives and works in St. Petersburg. Born in Novorossiysk, he moved to St. Petersburg in 1983. From the mid-1980s he was a member of the New Artists group and the Club of Friends of V.V. Mayakovsky. His works were exhibited for the first time at the ASSA gallery in Timur Novikov’s apartment. On numerous occasions he performed as a bass guitarist with Sergei Kuryokhin’s Popular Mechanics band and the famous rock group Kino. He also made a cover for the "Blood Type" album of the latter.
