Dedicated to my mother — Alla Abugova — a great mother, good friend and a woman who always wanted to help
(1969-2013) was an artist, singer, actor and writer, working in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Starting from 1986 he exhibited with the New Artists group and performed in concerts with Kuryokhin’s Popular Mechanics band. Together with Timur Novikov he founded the independent Pirate Television Company, writing most of the scripts and performing the leading roles. The same year he participated in the foundation of the Kabinet magazine. In 2007 he received the Kandinsky Prize for the "Art-media Project of the Year". In 2013, he was awarded the 9th INNOVATION All-Russian Competition in Contemporary Visual Art "For the Creative Contribution to the Development of Contemporary Art".
